Assignment Description

This assignment consists of two parts:

Part A – A reflective component on team dynamics where the group is required to analyze how effectively the project team worked together. These findings should then be applied to Tuckman’s Ladder. The second part of this question will focus on the role of the practicing project manager and what actions need to be taken based on these findings to develop the team and help them perform at their optimal potential as soon as possible.

Part B – A project management practitioner component where the group develops a project management plan document for an organizational-based project. This part aims to simulate the development of a project management plan document in a real organizational setting using organizational process assets.

Assignment Brief

Part A

Reflect on the team dynamics experienced in your group during the assignment, paying particular attention to the five stages in Tuckman’s Ladder. Based on these findings, what actions should a project manager take to get the team to Stage 4 as quickly as possible?

Part B

Complete a project management plan document for one of the following projects:

• Implementation of the Drugs Management System for a team in the NAS, or
• Any other internal NAS project.

The project management plan document outline is in Part B of the CA Template.
