1st Meeting minutes:

Questions:

Main objective of the project? The speed and sync issues.

Sales platform other than Facebook and Instagram page?

Approaching local businesses to have more resellers. "We get our cost to our manufacturing costs down by volume and then we can offer these resellers products at a reasonable price. We`d really like to expand that, but ideally we`d like to see increased sales through the website."

Marketing strategy?

Business has been only selling for the last 18 months, so really didn`t set out with a proper marketing strategy - that is another area, trying to attend as many venues as possible to get exposure up. Post as often as possible on Facebook and Instagram, avoided tick tock. Replace to better images that they already have on Website and social media.

Target customers?

Certain products appeal to an older age bracket, especially Healing balms and magnesium based body lotions. Most of customers are female. Teens buy lip balms and a few other products like that, but large audience is 18 plus. Median group is around 35 to 40. Repeat customers and most of those tend to be people that have skin issues and they`re older and they`re probably 50 plus. Products are for moisturising or hydrating the skin and some products address things like eczema and redness of the skin. Also have a men`s product range but low traction on those.

Role?

Robert is Marketing manager, role is to support Anna. Does trial of products, labels on the packaging and send off the orders process. Anna does the research and comes up with product formulas.

Ensure products have great shelf life (at least 9-12 months shelf life), they do their own formal quality checking (QA system).
