Summative Assessment Task 1 (Individual)

Brief Description of the Assessment Task For this assessment, you will be provided with a case snippet of a company, including basic background information about its structure, operations and performance. You are to assume the role of a new CEO who has been brought in to formulate a new strategy for this organisation.

Details of the Student Output You will prepare a written report of ~ 2,500 words that identifies and prioritises the environmental and governance issues faced by a selected organisation and provides evidence-based strategic recommendations that will contribute to organisational growth.
