As part of your role, you must conduct a Performance Appraisal Meeting with a team member. The employee is an Office/Admin Assistant. This is a junior/entry-level position. The employee’s performance is a “meets expectations”. You must identify a development plan with the employee to support retention, engagement, and motivation.
Prepare a report outlining your structure and approach to providing your team member with developmental feedback on their performance and providing them with coaching. Students must show a clear understanding of the coaching and feedback model that you would use in this case.
