Shows a critical awareness of the understandings and attributes that an Early Years teacher requires when leading in a multi-disciplinary setting
It is evident that current, related literature has been reviewed to inform professional decisions

Two leadership instances that have transformed practice in an Early Years setting for the better have been outlined
A minimum of three relevant artefacts for each change instance have been attached as evidence in the appendices
Effective leadership and/or management strategies for each instance have been identified, discussed and evaluated where required
Reflected dialogue critically examining strategies and skills with a critical friend

Inclusive practice is acknowledged and anti-discriminatory values and principles are upheld
