1. The assessment framework utilised, rationale for choice when compared to other frameworks
2. Analyse the clinical assessment and the clinical reasoning processes used, including history taking, physical examinations, analysis and interpretation of cues (diagnostic reasoning), assisted differential diagnoses, and prognoses.
3. Critically evaluate the management plan made in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
4. Critically review the literature on patient assessment and evaluate the clinical assessment role of the Advanced Practitioner with reference to the case presented. Differentiate the health assessment and clinical reasoning undertaken in your role.
