This section should:

• Discuss the ways in which the evaluation has been informed e.g., observation of the curriculum, discussion with staff, review of service’s documentation (such as policies and statements), research, national guidelines etc.

Section 2 – Propose Changes (500 words)

• Propose improvements to the curriculum with a clear rationale for the changes.
• Discuss the potential impact of the changes on children.
• Your discussion should demonstrate your understanding of external influences on the early years curriculum.
• Section 3 – Implementation (600 words)

Discuss your proposed changes with a senior staff member and outline a plan to implement the changes, incorporating any feedback from the senior staff member.

This section should:

• Outline a step–by–step plan for implementing the changes with the inclusion of a change management theory;
• Discuss the resources, timeline and key stakeholders involved;
• Identify any potential challenges and strategies to overcome them.

Section 4 – Your role (300 words)

Reflect on your role in facilitating these curriculum changes.

This section should:

• Explain how you will contribute to the successful implementation of the changes;
• Analyse your responsibilities and leadership
