b. Describe the industry, including mission, vision, and current strategies: i. Industry Trends (growth%, profitability, market share, future trends)

2. Environmental Analysis:

a. Conduct a comprehensive environmental analysis using the PESTLE framework:

  • Political, Economic, Sociological, Technological, Legal, Environmental factors.

b. Explain each factor and analyze its relevance to the industry, highlighting pertinent issues.

c. Identify and discuss the implications of these issues for the industry.

3. Porter Five Forces Analysis:
