Case Study Guideline 2024:- 

The objective of the CASE STUDY is for you to demonstrate your evolving competence in history taking and health assessment and how these skills underpin your clinical practice in the context of disease or injury management. Please consider and select a particular case to support your reflection and critical discussion that is relevant to your area of practice.

The details of the case can be provided in an Appendix which will not affect your Word count. Use this case study to demonstrate your knowledge and skills around history taking and head to toe assessment and how they contribute to care planning and management.

Main Body (2000 words)
