Present a recovery-orientated, biopsychosocial 5Ps formulation based on assessment findings of the case study analysis and academic sources, alongside the consumer`s recovery plan. (This recovery plan example could be a `WRAP`. Alternatively, you could provide a recovery plan following the template used in your workplace setting.)
