The issue for you in this case study is what can and should J&J do to preserve its corporate future?  Specifically, what communication strategies should J&J employ?

I also expect a clear set of recommendations about specific actions J&J should take in terms of a communication strategy.  The recommendation section of your paper should be the largest section and should justify your recommendations.
