While in the workplace learners are required to:

Use a property that is currently let and carry out a Freehold Valuation and a Leasehold valuation on the property.

Calculate all the multipliers required to do the Freehold valuation through the use of mathematical formulae and show their calculations. The learner should verify their answers through the use of Parry’s Valuation tables.
