Given a set of current and potential initiatives within a case scenario of “Ryanair – The Low Fares Airline: Wither Now?”, complete the following tasks as a report.

Task 1

• Why has Ryanair been successful thus far?
• Explore the environmental analysis of the Airline, using Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis to determine whether Ryanair’s strategy is sustainable?

• Would you recommend any changes to Ryanair’s approach to changing environmental circumstances?
