Part 1:

1. Students will present an outline of the findings that will include the complete bibliography of the sources to be used for the literature review.

Part 2:

Present your findings in a group presentation format (using a PowerPoint presentation to underscore the most important points). Presentations should include the following:

1. Identify the capacity-building category your group selected.

2. Provide an overview of the category including its major challenges.

3. Provide a review of the literature and its major recommendations regarding how to build the capacity of NGOs to address the challenges identified. The review must include a summary of the source and specific relevant quotes from the articles/sources you have read, in addition to a summary of the source.
