Unit Aims This unit aims to empower learners to develop and lead strategies that ensure excellence in promoting equality, diversity, and rights within health and social care settings. Additionally, it covers risk management and the balancing of individual rights with duty of care in these environments.

1. Understand equality, diversity, inclusion, and human rights within the health and social care workplace.
