Assignment Task Description
The assignment should be based on the following specifications:
The company should be an existing one of your choice, referencing information sources on its activities appropriately.
Your assignment structure should include four elements: an Introduction, Section 1 Critical Analysis, Section 2 Action Plan, and Conclusion.
You should clearly link your critical analysis and action plan to the McKinsey Report and the Case Study.
Your analysis should be clearly evidenced by the reading material discussed over the course of the module and additional reading for each of the three module elements – knowledge management, organizational learning, and social networks/tools.
At least 20 references to both appropriate academic and online sources should be cited in the text and in a list of references at the end of the assignment. These are in addition to the McKinsey Report and the Case Study.
