2. Find your selected company’s latest Annual Report.

3. Read the Enterprise Leader’s (Chief Executive Officer (CEO)) report, finding a management topic you wish to focus on for your speech. This topic must come from the following list:

   • Managers as Decision Makers
   • Contemporary Issues in Managing Human Resources
   • Training

4. You are to prepare a three-minute speech about this topic.

5. You are to supplement information from your lecture slides with researched information.

6. This researched information will be acknowledged in your speech using in-text citations, with the full reference listed in the Reference List following Western Sydney Referencing Harvard guidelines.
