This Performance Assessment (PA) is to assess the performance on task that complies with competencies requirement as stated in the Competency Standard Qualification Frameworks (CSQF) such as CICS, NCS or NOSS for Construction Project Manager (CCM). You are required to perform task given as evidence of competency and submit the report according to the format.
ABC Development Sdn. Bhd. is a main contractor appointed by Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) for “Proposed Design, Construction and Completion of Maktab Rendah Sains MARA (MRSM) Complex at Merbok, Mukim Bujang, Daerah Kuala Muda, Kedah Darulaman”. Prior to the commencement of construction works, Contractor are required to submit a Sitespecific Project Management Plan (PMP). The objective of PMP is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to required quality standards.
You are appointed by the main contractor as a Construction Manager to manage the above Design and Build project. You are required to lead development of realistic and sufficient Project Management Plan and baselines.
Ensure the attainment of all Program Outcome (POs) for respective program that can also be elaborated through understanding the Modules Learning Outcomes (LO) created for each modules. The Candidate is expected to deliver the report that comprises sufficient discussion including facts, figures, tables, pictures, chart and any relevant materials to summarize the topic of discussion.
