In 2022, a new Recruitment Manager, Leon was hired at Delton Logistics, a transportation services company specializing in the transportation of fresh tomatoes. He began to track statistical reports on hiring and found that over the last two–year period, Delton Logistics had the following data:

1. Delton Logistics needs to hire 20 new drivers by the end of the year. Decide on the number should they target for recruitment (i.e., how many applicants should they try to obtain).
   
2. Determine how many phone interviews should they be prepared to hold.
3. Determine how many of those 20 drivers can they expect to remain drivers after 6 months.
