Abstract
This study examines the impact of aftersales quality of service on the bus market in Saudi Arabia throughout the bus ownership lifecycle. The aim is to shift the perception of business owners and top bus management towards understanding the significance of aftersales in customer lifecycle and its influence on customer loyalty and business ROI. Using surveys and personal experience, the relationship between variables such as customer expectations and service quality is investigated. The findings suggest a need to redefine the aftersales process, educate staff, and exceed customer expectations.
