Assignment

Students are asked to produce a response to the case study addressing the following questions:

    • Identifying the circumstances and mechanical environment that may have led to Mr. X’s wound.
    • Assessing Mr. X and his wound.
  2. Propose a management plan for the resolution of Mr. X’s wound:

    • Note the cross-infection practices you would need to observe as you manage the wound.
  3. Discuss prophylactic measures Mr. X could take in the future to prevent such injuries:
