Report Write-Up Guidelines:

The report should be broken into the following sections (Total Word count ~2400):

Brief Intro (200 words) 

Discussion Part 1 (1000 words) Process Control Instrumentation: Choose 2 parameters that are measured in bioprocessing and give information on the following:

•  instrument to Measure that parameter
•  The principles of measurement for that instrument
• Advantages and/or disadvantages of that instrument
• Other information you deem relevant based on the content covered e.g. calibration, process disturbances, etc

Discussion Part 2 (1000 words) Utilities: Choose a clean utility system – e.g. WF! Generation/Steam Generation/CIP

•  Briefly describe what the utility is and its importance to biopharma manufacturing is –
• Explain how the utility achieves its goal.
• Discuss the instrumentation typically used to control the process
