The LTA Tennis Foundation (LTA) is soliciting project management plans for a three-day tennis event aimed at promoting its mission in collaboration with UK ActiveKIDS (UKAK). This event, funded jointly by both organizations, requires a detailed project management plan.

Assuming it is XX Month 2024, the first week of the project, and the project team is being formed, you are tasked with preparing a 1500-word report by XX Month 2024. Titled "The LTA Tennis Foundation Grassroots Tennis Event in association with The UK ActiveKIDS Charity," this report will be presented to LTA Tennis Foundation and UK ActiveKIDs.

Tasks:

Task 1: Justify the project, outlining objectives and deliverables. Analyze suitable methodologies, citing examples and benefits.

Task 2: Manually construct a network diagram showing activity relationships, durations, and completion dates. Calculate EST, LST, EFT, and LFT, highlighting the critical path. Utilize Microsoft Project to create a Gantt Chart.

Task 3: Conduct a stakeholder analysis, categorizing internal and external stakeholders by interest and power. Propose communication strategies.

Task 4: Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the event based on the activity list.

Task 5: Conduct Risk Analysis for 15 potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies. Present findings in tabular format.

Task 6: Define quality expectations, acceptance criteria, specifications, and control measures.
