You are required to submit a detailed written report between 1000- 15000 words outlining how you would carry out 5 individual experiences in caring for a client and or/ their family.

The report should include:

• A description of possible specific events and interactions with members of the multidisciplinary team
• A review of the interaction in terms of respecting diversity and individuality of coworkers and clients
• A considered daily reflection on conflicts and challenges that could arise with other staff members and strategies to deal with them effectively
• The importance of all forms of communication in client care
• An outline of what you can do to support the needs of a client considering their cultural, individual, and family aspects.
• A detailed reflection on personal and professional performance, strengths, and weaknesses important while carrying out care duties
