You are required to identify and profile a distinct client with a range of care needs. It is advisable for completing the assignment that you focus on a client who could be categorized as high-dependency with many care needs including feeding, dressing, grooming, and toileting as well as other care needs. You need to ensure that you address all the criteria items mentioned below.

Assessment Criteria:

Introduce the client and give a brief description of their condition (2 mark)

Identify 3 the client’s care needs and how these are being met. Choose any 3 of the

following: physical, emotional, social, psychological and spiritual. (3×1 mark)

Identify 2 pieces o* relevant equipment and their uses (1 mark)

Discuss the prevention of p-pressure sores (4 points x 0.5 mark)
