You are a CMS consultant advising a popular attraction in the UK and are asked to write a critical report for the management about the use of a new Information and Content Management system for their intranet and their organisation’s (external) website. In the coursework report, you discuss several different options for web-based CMS’s (both intranet and their external website), and you make recommendations for the governance of both sites and the SEO strategy for the website.
Note, you will need to advise on both the intranet and the website, which may, or may not, require different CMS’s. You will also evaluate your developed SharePoint site and present the website in a video, in which you demonstrate its main features.
You conclude by providing further recommendations on their (future) use of an Information and Content Management system(s). You can choose an attraction of your preference (for example, London Zoo, Sea Life, Go Ape, Legoland, etc.).
