Aim of the research
The aim of the research study is to explore the different challenges and opportunities that are associated with integrating the Internet of Things (IoT) into the existing construction processes and workflows of construction projects in the context of modular construction.

Research objectives

The following objectives will be fulfilled in the research.

• To identify the potential benefits of integrating IoT for different construction stakeholders.
• To investigate the possible risks and challenges of implementing IoT technological solutions in analyzing construction processes.
• To explore the strategies for maximizing the benefits of IoT while minimizing disruption to construction processes.
• To identify strategies for mitigating these risks and challenges of IoT in construction processes.
