1. Generate a user requirement specification (URS) for the above four systems using the URS Excel template as per Topic-2.

• Hint: In the ‘User Requirement’ column of the Excel matrix put in as many user requirements that best describe your four P&IDs under the various headings and sub-headings.

Generate three (3) all-encompassing performance tests that best challenge the listed user requirements as per Topic-3. Consider the following main points:

1. Starting with a blank document, use the testing format detailed in the ‘Minimum Elements of a Test Script’ document for your three tests.
2. In the ‘Performance’ column on the spreadsheet matrix list which of the three tests where the specific user requirement is tested in.
3. In the ‘Verification Test Summary’ column of the spreadsheet matrix summarises briefly the intent of the PQ test.
4. Ignore the ‘Installation’ and ‘Operational’ columns on the spreadsheet matrix.
