Assessment 3

This assessment is an integrated assignment.  You are required to produce a selection of photos for the Estate Agency Skills module.  The presentation content should satisfy the all the requirements for the Estate Agency Skills Assignment.

In order to satisfy the requirements of both modules, the following steps should be followed in the preparation of the presentation.

The Presentation is have a minimum of 8 slides (1 Title Slide, at least 1 explanatory slide and 1 per pair of photos):

1. The following issues must be addressed by the learner in relation to the property:
   1. The best time, in the learner’s opinion, for photographing this property and the reason why.
   2. The number of photographs the learner expects to use in the sales and advertising material for the property and the reason for this.
   3. The learner must go to the property and photograph it for the purpose of sale, stating which camera type (and lens if relevant) that was used and why
   4. The assignment must also state the number of photographs taken

2. A minimum of 6 photographs.
3. Each slide should contain a before and after photo with an explanation above or below of the adjustments made
4. The title slide should have a title and your name & class on it
5. For the ICT module only, please submit the presentation as a presentation (.pptx) and as a slide show (.ppsx) and a Handout with multiple slides per page
   For the EAS module save the presentation as a PDF (.pdf) and submit it
6. A minimum of 6 pictures used need to have been edited in photo editing software and demonstrate
   1. Cropping
   2. Brightness / Colour Adjustment
   3. Straightening
   4. Touch –up e.g. removing blemishes, blurring photos or car registrations etc.
   5. Any other adjustment deemed necessary – the photos should look better after the adjustment
