The report must:
Provide full Harvard references within the reference page for each utilized item, and correct Harvard `shortened` references within the essay. Incorporate both direct and indirect citations from a diverse range of sources, with a minimum of 15 references. Utilize relevant core texts and research items from within the module. The cover page should precede the essay and include the student ID number, module name, lecturer name, and academic year/group details.
Report structure
Executive Summary (250 words): An introduction defining tourism marketing concepts. Inform the reader about the main points covered in the full report, introduce the report`s aim, and outline how information is presented.
Company Background (250 words): Describe the company`s background and provide a brief introduction to the chosen products or services.
External Analysis (500 words): Identify and discuss the macro environment with particular emphasis on a) identifying customers/consumers and analyzing their needs; b) analyzing the organization`s competitive landscape using "Opportunities & Threats" or "PESTLE" Analysis models.
Internal Analysis (500 words): Identify and discuss an internal analysis focusing on the organization`s ability to meet customer needs using either the "Strengths & Weaknesses" or "Porter`s Five Forces" models.
Ethics in Business (250 words): Describe the measures implemented by the business management to uphold ethics within the organization and identify the ethical behavior of the business venture.
Future Development (250 words): Identify and discuss issues highlighted by the audit and recommend actions the organization should take regarding its future marketing activities, considering appropriate marketing channels and ethical considerations.
