The CEO has asked you to provide an executive summary on the motivational differences between its U.S.-based employees and European market employees. The CEO has also requested you suggest motivational strategies for the European employees.
Instructions:
In a Word document, complete the proposal to the CEO addressing the following:
Discuss common motivational strategies for a domestic workforce.
Summarize the culture of the workforce in three European countries of your choosing.
Describe how strategies used to motivate domestic employees may not be effective for each of the three European countries you selected and why.
Outline training needs for the three European countries selected to increase overall employee performance based on motivational and cultural factors.
Following University guidelines, provide attribution for credible sources used in the development of the proposal.
