1. This assignment aims to fulfil:

a) ESSAY: CLO3 – Evaluate ethical leadership practices in the business environment. (C5, PLO11)

2. The mark allocated for the essay is 25%.

3. The length of the essay should be at least 2000 words, using Arial / Times New Roman font 12, 1.15 line spacing.

4. Instruction:

Using real leaders from business organizations as examples, evaluate the leaders’ leadership, whether they are ethical in using their power (Chapter 6), and conform to the world-class leadership practices (Chapter 7).
➢ Examine real business leaders provided in Chapter 6 as examples.
➢ Evaluate the leadership effectiveness demonstrated by the leaders.
➢ Assess the ethical considerations in their use of power, referencing Chapter 6.
➢ Analyze how these leaders align with world-class leadership practices outlined in Chapter7.
➢ Provide specific examples and evidence to support your evaluation of each leader’s effectiveness and adherence to ethical and world-class leadership principles.
