You have to select the latest annual report of any one of listed companies in Malaysia.

a) Briefly discuss the principal activities, background, corporate structure etc

b) Choose any FIVE (5) accounting standards that you have learned in class and discuss briefly those standards regarding their recognition, measurement, derecognition (if any), presentation & disclosure.

You may support your answers with some analysis of these issues. Prepare a report of not more than 30 pages and kindly attach the annual report(relevant sections only ) for my reference and perusal.
