The second assessment will be a Reflective Learning Report (2000 words) evaluating the self-reflection learning of key concepts of effective operations strategy and the role and scope of business management. You are required to complete a Self-Reflecting Learning Report of 2000 words. As a minimum, it is expected that you will structure your work such that you have:

• An introduction
• A reflection of semester 1 and how you have used your learning to improve outcomes of your learning in semester 2
• Semester 2 reflections (largest section of theaccount)
• Conclusion that might also include plansfor how you intend to use your learning as you move into Level 4 studies.
