REQUIREMENT:

You are invited to an audit planning meeting with one or two audit partners, William (theEthicsPartner) and/or Suzanne / Denis / Patricia / Pat (the Lead Engagement Partner) to discuss the following items, using the information >provided above:

• Identification of ethical concerns/threats in relation to the upcoming audit,
  
• Analysis of the consequences relating to the ethical concerns identified, and Recommendation of measures that should be implemented by the audit firm in order to mitigate, reduce, or eliminate the previously identified ethical threats.
