Assignment Requirements
You are required to complete all sections of the Care of the Older Person Module Brief.
These are detailed below:

Part One: This contains One Written Project discussing a Chronic Illness of your choice which requires you to demonstrate an understanding of a particular topic and use your knowledge and research of the topic to discuss various aspects of it. Ideally, the topics you choose to discuss should be relevant to your chosen field of study and can be used to answer each question in the assignment. Your work should show evidence of relevant reading around the chosen topic. Your work must be clearly referenced and include a bibliography.

Part Two: This contains a Learner Brief which requires you to complete Two Skills Demonstrations titled Skills Demonstration One and Skills Demonstration Two under the observation of your supervisor in work placement. Your supervisor will complete a workplace competency form on observation of each skill, and you will provide a written account of each task.
