The name of the organization, the names of the individuals who were involved, and a brief summary of the ethical issue. Cite the news article(s) being referenced.

Identify the type of ethical issue at play: systemic, corporate, or individual.

Suggest a potential response to the issue:

• If it is a systemic issue, which groups should be involved and what changes should be made to the system to prevent the issue from occurring in the future? What challenges might these groups face in an effort to make such systemic changes?
• If it is a corporate issue, what steps might the organization take to address it? What could the organization communicate publicly in order to protect its brand and reputation?
• If it is an individual issue, do you think that the individual acted in accordance with the principal`s (i.e., the organization`s) legitimate interests and moral responsibilities? Do you think the organization should be held morally responsible for the actions of the individual? Why or why not?
