What perfect timing to cover such a broad new topic that this is.  As part of my assignment, I will cover 3 main areas.  Firstly I will discuss the rules that cover governance within co-ops.  This is so important to guide me as a director.  I will then explore how I can best contribute to board in a constructive manner.  Finally to understand financial markets and the role they play in a dynamic board and growing the co-op
