Drawing on the outputs of the Leadership 360 and the MBTI, and the debrief of those assessments you should critically reflect on the impact of your leadership style and your past experiences on your preferred approach to leadership. Your discussion should integrate theories, models, and concepts discussed during the module, and take a critical perspective
on the impact of your approach on the following key areas of relevance to you as a leader within a healthcare setting:

  • Your preferred leadership style
  • Your preferred communication style
  • Your approach to teamwork
  • Your approach to innovation

Your discussion should include a critical evaluation of both your strengths and weaknesses as a leader in healthcare and conclude with an action plan showing how you will develop your leadership style.
