Western jobs.ie is an initiative by the Western Development Commission to provide a space for employers in the West of Ireland to inform job seekers about their companies and career opportunities. At the same time, it is a space for job seekers to keep up to date on career opportunities and get matched with companies and jobs.

The Western Development Commission is a regional development organization with a remit to support communities to grow, invest in businesses to scale, and plan for the future of the West of Ireland.

Task:

The management memo must present in-depth reflections on each of the following three questions:

1. Which specific services of the intermediary is WesternJobs.is going to use (it is advisable to focus on one or two specific services)?
2. How can the chosen services support WesternJobs.ie in improving its existing services or in developing new offers to increase its attractiveness for jobseekers or employers?
3. Which specific information and other resources must be provided by both partners before the intermediary’s offer can be used in a meaningful way?
