  4. Justification of the importance of Strategic Management Plan (SMP) for the organization, applying different models or concepts to interpret its significance.
  5. Critical evaluation and justification of the most appropriate growth model aligning with the organization’s objectives.
  6. Evaluation of internal and external data to ensure successful strategic alignment.
  7. Recommendation of suitable strategies to ensure competitive advantage and market positioning.

Submission Format Activity B

Submit a concise business strategy plan report in Microsoft Office Word format (.doc or .docx). Support all work with research and reference using the Harvard referencing system, including a bibliography. The word limit is 2000 words, with flexibility for slight deviations.
