While developing a personal code of ethics is "personal" in relation to its focus, it is not "personal" in relation to the voices that inform it. In other words, having a group of trusted people to provide godly feedback for your personal code of ethics aligns with biblical teaching and postures your plan for success (see Prov. 15:22). Discuss who you will seek to provide feedback for your personal plan of ethics and how these specific individuals will be most helpful to you.
