Using an identified assessment tool or framework critically discuss the advanced physical assessment, clinical reasoning, and differential diagnosis in a client you have cared. The case must be drawn from your area of practice and include detailed consideration of your findings on assessment. Raw data such as the health assessments and any supporting data should be included in an appendix. This assignment should draw on the evidenced based literature on the topics as well as knowledge and insights derived from professional practice and other modules on the course as appropriate.

Critically discuss the significance of physical assessment within the context of your work environment, the role of the advanced practitioner and the evidence-based literature. Provide an overview of the case study and describe the patient interactions, episodes that will be used to demonstrate advanced assessment skills and reasoning supporting your discussions with reference to the literature. Conclude your introduction by outlining what you are going to discuss in your assignment. (Max 250 words).
