To demonstrate the student’s ability to prepare the take-off for specific Elements of the building in accordance with the Agreed Rules of Measurement 4th Edition.

Objectives of Project
1. To demonstrate the student’s ability to comply with best practices in the preparation of a Bill of Quantities for particular building elements.
2. To interpret the Agreed Rules of Measurement in the measurement of selected building elements.
3. To present a professional readable document.
Project Scope- Measurement and Take-off You are employed by a Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice as a member of a team of surveyors to undertake the MEASURE of various building elements which have to be altered as a result of a design change
