Case Study: Innovation leads to the rise of organizations. However, innovation is also critical for ongoing development and purpose (Heskett, 2012). Sometimes innovation is manifested in the way that an organization adapts to powerful forces of change that would otherwise make the organization irrelevant.
In the first part, please discuss the levels of innovation and their impact on culture. In the second, please analyze the link between a value cluster and organizational culture.

Question 1: Analyze and explain the difference between the three levels of organizational innovation (tactical, strategic, and transformational). Show how they differ in their influence on an organization`s culture. Illustrate with examples from your own experience.
Question 2: Select 3 of the 5 value clusters from Chapter 8 that are shown to support innovative activities in organizations and discuss how the value clusters help develop and sustain an innovative culture. Use your place of employment or another organization you are familiar with as an example.
